Baking keeps me in good spirits. It’s what I love to do. Not only is it my passion, but it’s an escape. I started this blog in tough times. The economy tanked, money was tight and I was unemployed.
So I began a mission to turn things around. Without much else to do, I found myself in the kitchen baking, and trying out recipes. I used it as something to lift me up through the not-so-joyful times. The more I baked, the happier I became. After all, anyone should pursue what makes them happy. Before I knew it, I was baking so many recipes and had so much food that I had to send it with my boyfriend to work just to get rid of it.
Then I began Baking Turnover.
Baking Turnover is not just another food blog. To me, its my enjoyment, satisfaction and salvation. My blog is where I can be heard, say what I want to say and share my experience. This is where I can fit my piece of the puzzle.
